RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The Customer has the right to return an order, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the article or articles, without the need to indicate the reason and free of charge, in accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, approving the text referred to in the General Law on Consumer Protection.

To return an order the customer must complete the return form at https://haegerstore.com/pt/content/servico-pos-venda or send an email to assistencia@haeger.pt. Upon receipt of the return order, HÆGER will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.

To return a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition, in the corresponding original packaging, unused and with all accessories. The value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer in full, via the initial payment method, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the date HÆGER is informed of the decision to terminate.

HÆGER informs you that you may withhold the refund until you have received the returned goods, or until you have received proof that the product(s) have been sent.

The customer must send the returned products within 14 days from the day he informed HÆGER of his wish to withdraw from the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to assume the direct costs of such return in full.

HÆGER does not change or refund any product for misuse by the customer, which is broken or out of conditions covered by the warranty. Both the collection of the product and its return will be managed by HÆGER through our transport service.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of a defective product, HÆGER assumes the responsibility to repair and/or replace the product, if it is within the period and under the conditions provided for in the warranty. Transport costs and costs for repair or replacement of products within the warranty period shall be the responsibility of HÆGER.

If a product is replaced, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, but an improved version or model.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

The importer warrants this product for a period of 24 months (*) from the date of purchase, and covers free repair of workmanship and materials, failure due to manufacturing defects or defective components, and the person responsible for the warranty reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace the product with the same or an equivalent device.

The warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by improper use, incorrect installation, electrical shock, intentional damage to the device or by causes beyond its control. The warranty does not cover damage attributable to falls, blows, liquid spillage, exposure to extreme environmental conditions or deterioration caused by normal use of plastic parts or keyboards, as well as the use of batteries other than those specified in the manual.

If the device fails during the warranty period, you must contact us using the form https://haegerstore.com/pt/content/servico-pos-venda or send an e-mail to assistencia@haeger.pt and return the device to the place indicated by it, accompanied by the warranty certificate and proof of purchase (original invoice, purchase receipt or other similar document).

The consumer enjoys all the guarantees provided for in Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May.
