  4. Select shipping method: If there is more than one shipping method, you must choose the one that best suits you. Click "continue" to continue.
  5. Choose the payment method that suits you best - they are all 100% secure and click "Finish Order". After finishing the order, you will receive an email with all the information and the order number.
I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

Click on "Login" and on this page, click on "I forgot my password". Enter the email address that corresponds to your account and click "Submit". You will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.

How can I find a product on the web?

Use the search box at the top of the site or click the icon next to the main menu if you are browsing by phone.
Enter a keyword or the name of the product you wish to find.
Then click on the image of the product you want.

If you are not looking for a specific product, click on one of the menu categories and find all available products.

How do I use a discount code?
  1. Choose the products you want, click "add to cart" and then "finish order".
  2. You will be directed to a review of the order and on this page you must enter the promotion code you have.
  3. The value of the discount will be applied to the order, according to the rules of the discount code.

How can I track my order?

After finishing your order, it will be available in your account on the page "my orders". On this page you will find a status that is automatically updated.

As soon as your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you can check with the carrier the delivery of your order.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

For your convenience, you can pay for your order via credit card, ATM reference, PayPal and for some locations, we also offer a cash on delivery option.
All payment methods are 100% secure.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

After finishing the order, no information of your credit card will be registered or stored in our database.

Returns and Cancellation

How can I return an order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products you wish to return must be closed and in perfect original condition. To return your order:

  1. Fill the returns form.
  2. Follow the instructions we will send you by email to pick up your order.

The value of the returned products will be fully refunded through the initial payment method.

Warranty and repairs

Are all products guaranteed?

Yes, all HAEGER products have a 2-year warranty.

What repairs are covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers the repair of any damage or defect to the equipment during the 24-month period, which is proved to be due to defects in material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage and defects resulting from improper installation and handling. Check our terms and conditions for more information.

How can I ask for a repair?
  1. Fill the support form, with all the required data
  2. Click on "send".
  3. You will soon receive new instructions by email.

Can I request a repair outside the warranty period?

Yes, select the "Out of Warranty Service Request" option in the service form and fill in all the requested information.

Out-of-warranty repairs can be made by charging for service and/or repair parts. You will receive a quotation by email and the repair will only be carried out after your authorisation and payment of the agreed amount.
