The user, only and exclusively, can use the material that appears in this portal for his personal and private use, remaining prohibited his use with commercial aims or to incur illicit activities. 3- PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Information about the products, their main features and prices, is provided on the product page. HAEGER reserves the right to modify the products and services offered to customers without prior notice, as well as to include new products and services.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary depending on the customer's location. In the event of a price discrepancy, for whatever reason, the amount to be charged will be that shown in the shopping cart. Sales promotions made by HAEGER are not cumulative, are subject to stock availability and may limit the quantity of a product per order. It is not possible to use more than one discount coupon.
HAEGER is constantly working to keep price, promotion and availability information in stock, although errors may occur. If a price related error is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone and if the order has already been paid for, he will receive a full refund.
In the event of an error related to stock availability, we will contact you and you may choose to wait until the product is in stock, replace it with a similar product of equivalent quality and price or refund the amount paid.

4- TIME AND COST OF DELIVERY
Time of delivery
The shipment will be made to the delivery address indicated by the user during the purchase process. Orders will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirmation, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays which are not sent or delivered.
*Orders confirmed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
Orders will be delivered to the customer through GLS/ASM, within 1 to 3 working days, except for orders that exceed 25kg in weight and/or require palletization, in these cases the maximum delivery time is 7 working days. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package to the customer. The delivery service does not include home delivery or assembly of the product, so it will be the responsibility of the customer.
The estimated time for shipment is added to the transport time which depends on the chosen carrier as well as the destination of the order. Any delay in the shipment of the articles, given the estimated dates presented, does not give the customer any right to compensation.
The customer must check the status of the products upon receipt and indicate any anomalies in the receipt of delivery and / or through the means of contact available at www.haegerstore.com. In the event of unavailability of the purchased product after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the partial/total cancellation of the order. If the charge is made, the amount will be refunded through the initial payment method.
Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated by the website based on the delivery destination, weight and size of the product. The value is informed to the customer during the purchase process, in step 3 of the checkout, before the completion of the order.

5- PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted in www.haegerstore.com:

The means of payment may be subject to credit testing and to the authorisations of the relevant issuing bodies, and it is therefore the authority of the institution that authorises or does not authorise the payment. If the payment is rejected, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by bank transfer must be made to the HAEGER property account indicated on the order confirmation page. The customer has to indicate the order number and the identification data of the purchase. If HAEGER does not receive the order amount by bank transfer within five (5) days, HAEGER will automatically cancel the order.
In the method of payment on collection (cash on delivery) the customer must pay in cash and the exact amount of the order (since the courier company does not accept changes or other methods of payment), at the time of delivery of the goods at the address designated in the order. This form of payment has a limit of 500 euros and may be limited to certain places.
The payment methods reported above will not always be available. HAEGER reserves the right to offer all or some of the payment methods.
HAEGER makes the invoice for the purchased products available to the customer after completion of the entire purchase process in the section "order history and details" at www.haegerstore.com.
HAEGER will accept order cancellations with full refund when requested prior to shipment. For cancellations requested after shipment, the amount to be refunded will be charged.
7- RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Customer has the right to return an order, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the article or articles, without the need to indicate the reason and free of charge, in accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February approving the text referred to in the General Law on Consumer Protection.
To return an order, the customer must fill out the return form at https://www.haegergroup.com/en/contact/ or send an email to email@example.com. Upon receipt of the return order, HAEGER will contact the customer with the return details.
To return a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories. The value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer in full, via the initial payment method, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which HAEGER is informed of the decision to terminate.
HAEGER informs you that you may withhold the refund until you have received the returned goods or until you have received proof of delivery of the goods.
The customer must send the returned goods within 14 days from the day he informed HAEGER of his wish to withdraw from the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to bear the direct costs of such return in full.
HAEGER does not exchange or reimburse any product for misuse by the customer, which is broken or outside the conditions covered by the warranty. Both the collection of the product and its return will be handled by HAEGER through our transport service.
8- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of a defective product, HAEGER assumes the responsibility to repair and/or replace the product, if it is within the period and conditions of warranty. The costs for transport and repair or replacement of products within the warranty period shall be borne by HAEGER.
In case of replacement of the product, it will not necessarily be the same as the previous one, but an improved version or model.
The importer warrants this product for a period of 24 months (*) from the date of purchase, and covers repair without charge for labor and materials, failure due to manufacturing defects or defective components, and the person responsible for the warranty reserves the right, at his own discretion, to replace the product with the same or an equivalent device.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by improper use, incorrect installation, electrical shocks, intentional damage to the device or causes beyond its control. The warranty does not cover damage attributable to falls, blows, liquid spillage, exposure to extreme environmental conditions or deterioration caused by normal use of plastic parts or keyboards, as well as the use of batteries other than those specified in the manual.

10- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice, the terms and conditions and the contracts that may be improved between the parties shall be governed by Portuguese law.
Disputes that may arise between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the buyer's domicile or, at the buyer's option, those of the place of performance of the contractual obligation. The parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the user's domicile.
11- MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
HAEGER reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any new versions will be indicated in advance in the section "Terms and Conditions".
Users who do not wish their contractual relations to be governed by the new version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale must give notice and, as of the date of entry into force of the new version, must cease to use the services of HAEGER.
If any of the conditions of the general conditions of sale is declared illegal or inapplicable by a court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force.
